Fill your calendar.
Not your workday.
I build and run your cold email, from the list to the reply, and book qualified buyers straight into your calendar.

Short, plain and about them. Every email opens with one line researched for that person, which is most of why people reply.
- One researched lineA real detail about their company, found before the email is written.
- Under 80 wordsEasy to read on a phone between meetings.
- One small askA yes or no question, never a pitch deck or a demo link.
Hi Sarah,
Saw Northline is hiring a second account manager. That usually means referrals are busy right now, and quiet again a few months later.
I book calls for advisory firms with decision-makers who match your client list. You only pay for meetings that actually happen.
Worth 15 minutes to see what that would look like for Northline?

Sample. Your emails are written for your buyers.
Sound familiar? You're not alone.
The offer is strong. The pipeline is a coin flip. Growth shouldn't hang on who refers you this month.
Up one month, empty the next
Some months the calendar overflows. Others it's silent. You can't hire, plan or grow on that.
Hours lost on the wrong people
Calls with prospects who were never going to buy, instead of buyers who can actually say yes.
Everything rides on referrals
Word of mouth is welcome. It isn't a system. When it slows, revenue slows with it.
Cold email that never worked
It works when deliverability, targeting and copy are all right. Get one wrong and you burn domains.
Five parts. One engine.
Every part feeds the next. I run all five, so nothing breaks between them.

Doing it yourself vs. Outbound Artisans.
Why recruit, train and manage an outbound team when what you want is the meetings?
Doing it yourself
- Hire an SDR for $5k+ a month and wait months for ramp-up
- Buy stale lists that bounce and wreck your domains
- Send from your main domain and sink deliverability
- Learn half a dozen tools you don't have time for
- Wait a quarter and hope it works
Done for you
- A full outbound engine live in about three weeks
- Verified lists built around your exact buyer
- Separate warmed domains, so your main one stays safe
- One operator runs everything, and you deal with him directly
- Meetings on your calendar every week
Proof from my own campaigns.
The same system I run for clients. Industry average reply rate is 3 to 5%.
Best of the four: 51 replies from 346 emails, with a 0.31% bounce rate.
Largest list: 91 replies from 1,175 emails, still well above average.
24 replies from 271 emails, with bounces kept under 1%.
Smallest list: 15 replies from 154 emails, 0.71% bounce rate.

I build and launch
Domains, inboxes, lists and copy, warmed and live in about three weeks. Nothing for you to set up.
You take the calls
Qualified meetings land on your calendar. I keep testing angles and scaling what books.
How one tightly targeted campaign got three times the average reply rate
Real campaigns. Real dashboards.
Screenshots straight from my sequencer. Client results get added here as they come in.
Industry average reply rate: 3 to 5%. All four campaigns beat it.
Questions, answered.
Who is this for?
B2B founders, agencies and service businesses with an offer that already sells and someone who can close on a call, but no reliable way to fill the calendar. Ideally one new client is worth $5k or more.
How fast will I see meetings?
The engine is built and launched in about three weeks. New domains need warmup to protect deliverability, so first meetings usually arrive in weeks four to six and build from there.
What do I have to do?
Join the strategy call, tell me about your offer and buyer, approve the copy, and take the calls. Infrastructure, lists, writing, sending and replies are on me.
How is a meeting "qualified"?
We agree on it in writing before launch: company size, role, industry and buying signals. Only prospects who fit and show real interest get booked.
Will this hurt my main domain?
No. I send from separate warmed and monitored domains that point to your website. Your main domain never sends cold email.
How does pricing work?
A monthly retainer covers the infrastructure and management, plus a fee for each qualified meeting that happens. You pay for booked calls, not activity. I walk through exact numbers on the strategy call once I understand your buyer and goals.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, every email. Short, human, built around your offer, with one researched line per prospect. I test several angles, drop what doesn't work and scale what books calls.
